"A Story of Legacy"

When it was confirmed that Nicholas' beloved grandfather had been diagnosed with the unfair disease of dementia, he reached out to The Merging Lanes Project to help document not only his grandfather's legacy but also his family's. A series of filmed oral history interviews were conducted, archival footage was gathered, and the material was carefully edited into transcripts, a short film, and a feature-length documentary.

"I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the work you put into the video of my grandfather before he passed away...your willingness to help during such a difficult time means the world to me and my family, especially my grandmother. Thank you once again."
